Hi, I’m Heather Arcangel! I am a certified Reiki practitioner, personal development blogger, and content creator based in St. Pete, Florida. My journey into Reiki began after 6 1/2 years in the world of real estate, where I gained invaluable experience in building a business, marketing, and other entrepreneurial skills. However, the grind eventually led me to burnout, requiring me to shift my focus to prioritizing my mental health and well-being.

For years I have been encouraged by a family member to explore my intuitive and empathic gifts through Reiki. Now, I’m passionate about helping others find balance and well-being in their lives. Through tailored Reiki sessions, guided meditations, and personal development content, I empower people to reconnect with themselves and create lives of harmony and mindfulness.
